About

Lisa has led HR at public, private equity backed, venture backed and family owned companies, at every size from Aramark with 240,000 employees to Kalderos with 115.

The growth-stage run began at Home Chef in 2016, through 900 percent growth and the 2018 sale to Kroger. Then came Farmer's Fridge as its first HR leader, Homethrive, and Kalderos as its first chief people officer.

Lisa has built the people function at Meritas, Home Chef and Kalderos, and again in several carve-outs: the policies, the pay structure, the HR systems and the recruiting process, in place and running from day one.

The two halves matter together. Large-company HR taught us what a diligence team looks for. Growth-stage roles taught us to deliver it with a small team in months while the business keeps moving.

HR Catalyst exists to do that work as a fractional or interim chief people officer: senior, and inside the leadership team for the period when the people decisions get made. Lisa leads every engagement herself.

We have also sat on the buying side. Lisa hired fractional leaders as a full-time CHRO, which is why our engagements start with a scoping note, include a defined statement of work, and end on the agreed date or deliverable.
